Leadership Overview

In addition to teaching and research, I actively contribute to academic governance, institutional development, and quality assurance processes. My leadership roles align with NAAC and NBA requirements, emphasizing transparency, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

President – Institution Innovation Cell (IIC)

Responsible for promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and research-driven activities among students and faculty. Coordinated workshops, innovation challenges, and interdisciplinary initiatives aligned with national innovation policies.

NBA Criteria 3 Co-Coordinator

Actively involved in preparation of NBA documentation, outcome mapping, attainment analysis, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) reports. Worked closely with faculty teams to ensure compliance with NBA standards.

Participated in planning and execution of internal and external examinations, evaluation processes, result analysis, and grievance redressal, ensuring fairness and academic integrity.
